Heat the markshmallows in a large pot on low heat until completely melted. Coat with non-stick cooking spray to ensure marshmallows do not completely stick to the sides.
Once meltedremove pot from heat and stir in the cheerios (you need to may add more or less depending on what you want your texture to be).
Transfer mixture onto pan and flatten it out evenly.
For the icing
Mix the powdered sugarmilk, and optional food coloring together for the icing. Drizzle the icing on the cheerio marshmallow mixture and top with sprinkles.
Serve right away or store in a container.
