  1. Preheat the oven to 350F, and line a 8×8 pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, almond flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the maple syrup, almond milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.

  4. Fold in the wet mixture with the dry mixture. Add the chocolate chips and spread in the pre-lined pan. Sprinkle some extra chocolate chips on top and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

  5. Cool for 20 minutes before serving.
