To Store
When cookies are completely cooled down, store in an airtight container for up to one week.
To Freeze
When cookies are cooled, store in an airtight container or Ziploc bag and freeze for up to 3 months. To eat, wither defrost at room temperature overnight, or re-bake for approx. five minutes. (for quick defrost microwave at 10 second intervals until edible)
