



Vegan Tomato Soup
Description
This tomato soup is perfect for a chilly day. It's vegan, dairy free, and super healthy. Pair it up with a grilled cheese for a delicious meal.

In a large pot, cook the garlic and onions with the oil and spices until soft and tender.

Allow for the veggies to cool, and then transfer to a blender with the whole tomatoes. Blend until smooth and soup-like consistency.

Pour this mixture back into the pot and cook on medium high heat, adding the milk and stirring until the soup is fully mixed. Allow soup to cool for a few minutes before serving and topping with parsley and pepper.
