Truffle filling
- ½ cups almond flour
- ¼ cups oat flour
- ¼ cups cacao powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons chocolate or vanilla plant milk I used chocolate almond milk
Chocolate coat
- ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1-2 tablespoon water
