Description

These vegan no-bake brownie truffles are decadent, fudgy, and taste like a dark chocolate fudge ball. Even better, they are also oil-free, dairy free, and the perfect healthy quick treat to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients
    Truffle filling
  • ½ cups almond flour
  • ¼ cups oat flour
  • ¼ cups cacao powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate or vanilla plant milk I used chocolate almond milk
  • Chocolate coat
  • ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1-2 tablespoon water
Instructions
    For the truffle filling
  1. Combine all the ingredients for the truffle filling to make a dough. Separate the dough into 7 tbsp sized balls and roll until smooth.
  2. For the chocolate coat
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and water in the microwave in 30 second increments until fully melted and combined.
  4. Dip the truffle balls into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper lined plate. Repeat this step until all the balls have been covered with chocolate.
  5. Refrigerate the brownie truffles for 1 hour, or until the shell is hardened.
