Description

Peanut butter and chocolate? The superior combo! These cookies are so quick and easy to make and only require one bowl. They are also gluten, oil, dairy free, vegetarian, and naturally sweetened. Dunk them in milk for the perfect healthy treat!

Ingredients
  • 1 ¼ cup oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoons salt
  • ½ cups natural peanut butter
  • ½ cups maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cups chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oat flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Using a 1 inch ice cream scoop, divide the dough into even balls. flatten on the pan using wet fingers. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
