  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper

  2. In a large bowl, mix the oat flour, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until just combined.

  4. Using a 1 inch ice cream scoop, divide the dough into even balls. flatten on the pan using wet fingers. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
