Wait. Tofu? Yep, you heard me. Kick off your summer with this high protein ice cream that can be made in your blender and is so creamy and delicious.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (melted)
  • 300 grams tofu
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ½ cups maple syrup (or ⅔ for sweeter)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Prepare and blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
  3. After freezing, blend frozen cubes in a blender until smooth consistency is reached. Pour in ice cream tub or container for several hours before serving.
