These Reese Cup inspired cookies are perfect for chocolate peanut butter lovers. The decadent chocolate cookies paired with a creamy peanut butter filling makes one hell of a combo.

Natural VS. Processed Peanut Butter
Processed PB:
Ingredients: Peanuts, oil (usually hydrogenated vegetable oil), sugar, salt, and additives.
Texture: Smoother and creamier due to added oils and emulsifiers.
Shelf Life: Longer shelf life with added preservatives.
Taste: Sweeter and saltier due to added sugar and salt.
Stirring: Little to no stirring required.
Natural PB:
Ingredients: Peanuts and sometimes a small amount of salt, without added oils, sugars, or preservatives.
Texture: Slightly coarser, with oil separation that requires stirring before each use.
Shelf Life: Shorter shelf life, may need refrigeration to maintain freshness.
Taste: Authentic peanut flavor, no added sugars or artificial ingredients.
Stirring: Requires thorough stirring before each use for a smooth consistency.
Personally I prefer using natural PB because you can decide how sweet you want the filling to be but either is fine!
